Toonola is a subscription-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed for creating animated explainer videos through an intuitive drag-and-drop interface. We also offer a special one-time purchase option for lifetime access. The Service may include templates, characters, scenes, and other creative assets.

3. Account Registration
You must create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription, Payment & Refund Policy
4.1 Subscription Plans
We offer recurring subscription plans, as well as a special one-time purchase option. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled in advance.

4.2 Billing
Subscription fees are billed automatically to your designated payment method at the start of each billing period. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain accurate and up-to-date to avoid service interruptions.

4.3 Refund Policy
We stand behind our Service and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans and one-time purchases.

Within 30 Days: You may request a full refund for any reason within the first 30 days of your initial purchase. Refunds must be requested in writing by contacting our support team at the email address listed in Section 14.

After 30 Days: Once the 30-day refund period has expired, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including partial months of service. If you choose to cancel after this period, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, after which no further charges will be made.

Renewals: Refunds are not provided for renewal payments that occur after the initial 30-day guarantee period. To avoid renewal charges, you must cancel your subscription before the next billing date.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy in full.

5. License & Intellectual Property
Our Rights: Toonola, its code, designs, graphics, characters, templates, and all related materials are the intellectual property of Toonola or its licensors, including ClickFunnels as a third-party technology provider.

Your Rights: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for creating videos for your personal or business use, subject to these Terms.

Restrictions: You may not:

Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the software itself.

Sell, sublicense, or transfer your account.

Use the Service to create unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content.

6. Third-Party Services
Our Service may include integrations or components licensed from third parties, including ClickFunnels. Your use of Toonola is also subject to ClickFunnels’ applicable terms and conditions.

7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code.

Engage in fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activities.

Interfere with or disrupt the Service’s operation.

8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any additional agreements you enter into with us, constitute the entire agreement between you and Toonola.
